The terms of using our site.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Joseph Loya is a licensed Colorado real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Downtown LLC in Denver, Colorado. Real estate brokerage services are provided through that brokerage. Any agency relationship between you and Joseph Loya or his brokerage is established only through a separate written agreement. Using this website alone does not create one.

The content on this site, including market information, listings, calculators, estimates, and anything Eva tells you, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, lending, or appraisal advice and is not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome, valuation, loan approval, or result. Figures and estimates may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify important information independently and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

We text only people who have asked us to. You can opt in by confirming it in a chat with Eva, or by telling a member of our team on a call after we read you the disclosure.

Consenting to texts is never a condition of buying or selling a home, or of receiving any service from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers treat a one-word reply of STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE as an opt-out, so any of those will unsubscribe you. A STOP stops every text we send to that number, including messages about a transaction already in progress — if we still need to reach you, we'll call or email instead.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or consent to third parties for their marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it. That means, for example, not attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it, or use it to harass others or submit false information. We may suspend or limit access if these Terms are violated.

Our site may link to third-party websites and services we don't control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joseph Loya and his team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
