Do I need perfect credit or 20% down?
No one can promise what you'll qualify for, but many buyers put down less than 20%, and Colorado has assistance programs for buyers who qualify. Your Home Plan shows the programs you may qualify for; a licensed lender confirms.
Does the Home Plan cost anything?
No. It's free: just your name and number so Joseph can send it. If you later buy a home with Joseph, how he's paid is agreed in writing before you tour homes, so you know the terms up front.
Do I have to sign anything?
Not for the Home Plan or the call. Before you tour homes together, Colorado buyers sign a written buyer agreement, and Joseph walks you through every line first. You can end it anytime before you're under contract, in writing, no fee.
